just happens you reap what you sow. maybe the person is not bad, more likely just incompetent and a fool, it doesnt matter which if the result for those below is sub standard treatment. maybe euthanasia is a little OTT, but what about all the people over the years who have had their careers adversly affected by bad management? sympathy and heartfelt best wishes for the future?
