OK here it is: I have it from well placed sources that as of 1/2/02, Wings Air and Pearson Aviation will be merging into one company called... I think, Air Centre One. I understand that it is a 50/50 joint venture and not one company buying the other out. The fleet/staff will merge and operate out of building 260 (The current Wings site) with Pearson to no longer use their terminal space. Hopefully this will be a very positive thing for all as we will all have access to much larger resources. Now that I have divulged this, please DO NOT let this thread degenerate into a sledging match against either of the companies involved, as this is to be a very positive manuvure. Otherwise you all know what will happen then.....
