i dont think forstaff would be putting people off to replace them with ex qantas staff if any qantas staff think they will come to avv and stay qantas they are fooling themselves if another hangar started up they would need more staff things are already spread thin staff moved from hangar to hangar lack of equipment untrained or unqualified people to cope with amount of work some trade areas are working on lets say a d check and cabin in one hangar and a c check with cabin reconfig in another and a cabin reconfig in the other all running at about the same times and progress and spend most of there time running between hangars they just can,t keep up let alone bringing another hangar on line lack of equipment and staff is something some of the people running it just can,t or don,t want to see.
