Great to see someone finally taking a stand against some of the less-reputable operators in this industry!
Gum Boots; if your post is correct, and I have no doubt that it is, then surely it is time for CASA and AusSAR to get involved as they must be having one hell of time meeting the terms and conditions of the SAR contract and more importantly, there must now be genuine concerns for safety of operations issues?
Surely the CP can't be legally holding the fort on his own?
