what part of being a scab don't you understand?
A scab [strikebreaker] is someone who agrees to take the work of an individual or individuals who withdraw or in our case, threaten to withdraw their labour during an industrial dispute.
This industrial dispute was in relation to the offshore LHR base and it's effect on future Australian FA jobs and on the pay and conditions of thousands of existing Australian based FAs.
Those who WILLINGLY trained in secret to do this work were in NO doubt as to what they were going to be used for.
*Secret passwords were used.
*Buses with blacked out windows were used.
*Training was carried out off base in a secret location.
*Training was carried out WAY [back of clock] outside normal business hours.
Your attempt to explain away the actions of these lowlife will fail.
Perhaps the irony will be lost on you, [irony requires a degree of intelligence] however the dispute in question was for the most part a battle to keep our jobs in Australia, thus preventing the need to leave the country to ge a job with OUR FLAG CARRIER.
Justifying the actions of scabs that undermine that effort defies ALL concepts of logic, especially for a wannabee Australian FAs.
On another thread scabs have been described as "human filth".
I cant argue with the sentiment.
