I am with you, don't get me wrong here.
Being an expat myself I can only see to well where you are coming from.
This said it does not justify the current attitude some F/D have towards their non European colleagues.
All expats regardless of creed, race or religion are in the same boat and have to suffer the shortfalls of the local community
Those who consider themselves from the developed world and prone it day in day out should certainly behave in a moe responsible manner and not like they are actually third world.
2 wrongs don't necessarily make it right and what locals do is no reason to justify this attitude towards other expats.
