Flying just isnt as it was. Conditions are changing. Gone are the days where new recruits will earn big dollars and work under the conditions of crew who have been employed at Qantas for many years.
If you want to fly ...Just go for it.. Its not a prision sentance, you can leave. Jetstar have had many resignations in the last couple of month[ at least 15] however there is never a shortage of people to fill new positions.
Would be interested to know though, what is so bad about the AKL base that so many have resigned?
