Employment with Ryanair does not bring the kind of planning certainties you hope to achieve. For starters, there is a better than 50:50 chance that what they tell you and what arrives in your actual contract will differ in important respects from your expectations (and that won't be because they are improved!). One example, at the moment some with your experience are discovering that they will have to sign a 5 year £10,000 bond (different excuses, line training being one), while others are not asked to sign it.
