I can't beleive this good news for all pilots doesn't generate more than cursory interest. It is this paradigm shift which will changes so many things particularly with respect to our future employment.


Just think of the present interest in investment property. With many baby boomers lacking sufficient superannuation to retire on, the investment property is a vehicle to liquidate in retirement as they sell down assets...

It has spectacular taxation benefits, such that many boomers have more than one. What happens as they retire and sell off these assets?

Is property a continued good investment? It is these type of changes that we have not seen before. The impact of this huge number of retirements which will have implications on taxation social services and indeed even aviation...
