300TT with a new instrument rating usually suffices..about 40 multi. You wouldnt want to waste too much money doing a night rating because the regionals don't fly much at night. Best to forget the ATP subjects too because they fully expect you to get them while employed since the material will still be fresh in your mind.
An aviation degree or diploma will also count hugely in your favour
