The exit strategy appears to be:
1. Stall until the administrators deadline.
2. After the two Marks pull the plug, blame everyone else for not being cooperative enough and the two Marks themselves for not giving them a 'little bit more' time to complete the deal.
3. Hire a couple of good silks to launch a couple of preemptive law suites to claim the 'moral high ground'.
