As well as difficulties finalising the contract with would-be . .buyers Tesna Holdings, there were difficulties with third party . .agreements.. . Agreements in principle which had been reached over a hand shake . .could not be reached in writing, he said.. . He told the court administrators were working with Tesna on a . .deal which may not require judicial approval.. .
