The 4%, (or there abouts,) was the final part of a pay deal agreed a year or so ago. That deal is now complete, so negotiations will continue for a better deal for all the pilots at Scotia.
What stage those negotiations are at, or even if they have begun or will begin, is a matter for those at Scotia.
