TF-ABA and TF-ABP are supposed to be either scrapped or parked in the desert next month (this is definite but then again it was definite last year as well). TF-ARG is planned to do the Falklands run this winter and who knows what's happening to TF-ARO. That aircraft may stay in the UK as a winter spare. Before the recent announcement the plan was to have four -300s permanently in the UK year round and on the G- reg. These will be the two existing ex-Singapore Airlines machines (TF-AME and TF-AMJ) plus either another two identical aircraft or the two -300s currently with Iberia. If this happened it would be great as these are very high standard aircraft (on both sides of the flight deck door) but whether or not everything has now changed remains to be seen. Four good quality -300s, properly operated and in Excel colours could be very impressive.
