KOBUS ,boet,with a name like that,i don't fancy your chances with the cadet scheme...sorry bro but its HIGHLY B.E.E. focussed,so the White,Male,sector is not what they are really looking for.Rightly or wrongly,i believe they only really operate the scheme to promote "empowerment".
