Last time they upgraded us from 512k to 1Mb nothing was physically changed at the customer sites - it just happened over night - don't think I even had to reset the modem.
The equipment I have from them (Motorola SB4100) is certified to work at 38Mbps downstream and 10Mbps upstream so there's plently of life left in them!
And they're not charging more - like they
PR says it's free. We're not talking BT here [and they don't restrict on bandwidth either].
