I did the same thing about 3 years ago, and just got in before JAR. However, I think the requirements are similar. I had to do 35 hours flight training (they let you off 5 hours as it is assumed you can navigate)plus the tech exam and the Human Performance as I had never done that one before. Other than that, the f/w ground school counts so you don't have to do all the Air Law and Nav & Met again. The big mistake I made was to budget on 35 hours at dual training rates - it actually took nearer 50, but after you have done 35 or so you can't stop there, can you?
