Everything is going up in Dubai and going up fast. This is most probably the result of the falling dollar but not to be discounted is the greed that goes on in this part of the world. When most industries are a monopoly there is no ceiling to the rapidily rising rates and no competition to hold down prices. Welcome to the middle east!
