yep, that is one of the points that I think may have prompted the question on here!
Hopefully the general attitudes in the Corps have changed a lot since you wre a cadet (You'll hate me for this, but you started cadets before I was born...
) - certainly even since I was a cadet 15 years ago, bullying in the sense you saw back then has vanished completely - well certainly where I've seen.
