Great idea, keep on it. Holding the event on private property will illeviate most of the CASA low flying probs and some of the insurance woes.
Lyndsay Fox owns YMAV and is a motorsport fanatic. See how you go. Damn Jet* going in there may interrupt things though.
The over water idea is a good one also.
