MOTF - as always superb pictures - there's no way I'm going to post the ones I took here. Were you one of the crew who were washing down the Magister at the end of the display?
I have to say I thought whoever was flying the Avro Tutor in formation with the Triplane was doing a magnificent job. I doubt that the Triplane goes that fast when S&L, so I assume that the poor old Tutor can't have been that far above its stall speed.
I didn't see the F2B display as I was having a look round the hangers, but I do remember seeing some pretty spirited ones in the past (flown by John Lewis I think). I think the collection tend to be a bit gentler with some of the aircraft now compared to when I first started going (back in the 1980s). I'm sure that in the past I've seen even the Avro 504 looped

And it was soooo good to see and hear the Sea Fury again.
