IT, unless ‘the boys’ have been given a pay rise in the last few months, they are still being paid below the GA Award. Close but no cigar. Do they get IFR, 6th day, 500kg+ freight or meal allowances? How about $1000 for loss of licence insurance? Are the full timers on a roster?

If they get all of these and over $39,000 PA for the fulltime multi ifr pilots working within duty limits, then they might be getting paid above the Award. But I doubt it.

Just for comparison, the casuals at NAC get approx $45-50/hr on singles and $60-65/hr on twins. The full timers get over $42k for base salary.

Are you getting paid the minimum you’re legally entitled to? The GA Award applies to all operators in the NT if you were not aware.
