You must understand that having flown mil for the majority of my career and having to have fended off futile noise complaints as an OPSO I am less than warming to the smell of pointless banter (noise complaints), while the boys are honing their terrain flight and Low level skills as part of an authorised task in an authorised low flying area. If you have a legit reason for your post then I congratulate you.
Was the machine turbo prop, piston, jet? Piston high wing painted grey cruising at 125-145 kts sounds like a twin islander to me, was the gear down and welded or snuggly tucked up into the wheel wells? Food for thought.
