i would definitly take option one... Contacts is good but i think that 100hrs 737 would look good when you apply for a job.. Espesially with all those low cost airlines (in god and bad) that flies 737s grows and seeks new pilots every now and then and wants the pilots to pay for the rating..
I really hope that i donīt need to do that.. My money just poor away since i started the training a little over a year ago *ouch*
But that left seat keeps me going on =)
