I do wish Mr mannion well in his new position. I would however ask him to decide if EI is going low cost or not....

Its low lost to Europe/UK, but to the US its marketed as a full fare carrier.....My recent experience travelling in Premier on 3 Transatlantics in the past 3 months.....

old aircraft in poor condition

older cabin crew with an appaling attitude

IFE equipment that never seems to work correctly and when it does it keeps falling to one side

a take it or leave it attitude with regard to food choice

The Business Lounge at Boston is like a dungeon, last time I was in it (end July), all they had were plastic "glasses"...so I went to the BA lounge and they had no problem using real glasses

The Lounge at LAX is shared and so small its incredible

Problems getting FF mileage on my account at a large number of European airports and 2 in the US, its now a chore trying to make sure points are credited

A total lack of interest in the travelling public who fly with EI

Before I get "Flamed" for ranting on, I apologise here and now, but gentlemen..someone must sort this carrier out, its a disgrace, at least with FR you know you will get nothing at all and you are told it upfront, EI sell an illusion that they are better and care....Oh Yea !!!
