sorry, don't agree - the level of service in steerage on EK flights through the UK is really poor, your comments on demoralised staff and poor service quality are mirrored on EK flights. I reckon EI cabin crew would see the DXB run if it happens as a perk given it's long haul.
Apart from that, EI could get it's timing better for connections in DXB - typically, Emirates flights are delayed coming out of LHR and EK simply don't have their act together on their own onward connections - the timing is too tight, and you frequently end up being marched at high speed by one of the EK ladies from one end of the terminal to another in order to make an EK connection somewhere else in the Gulf, wondering if your bags are being processed at the same speed.
