I feel that you may be referring to the PIPER SENECA, (PA34 or PASE), made by Piper in the USA.
Don't know anything about the Brazilian version, but if you go to "Google' and type in Piper Seneca, all will be revealed to you, and, if you would like to do the same with the other types, you can compare them yourself and make your own assessment.
You may find that the Seneca was a twin derivitave of the well known Piper Cherokee 6, a very handy single engined aircraft that had the distinction of being able to lift more than its own weight as a payload. Small charter companies loved it for this reason alone...
