ok then

1. for uk c£53000 pa. no increments (that i'm aware of but as with everything here - check your contract) except derisory annual 3% rise on basic NOT sector pay should oleary deem it acceptable. currently equates to less than 1.75% of total captains salary.

2. for uk again £20-24000 net pa. obviously has to be grossed up at 40% to get equivalent gross pay. hasn't changed for nearly 5 years. i got around £22000 last year. don't know where they get the advertised £100,000 captain's salary from. i've been here over 5 years.

3. stakeholder for new joiners. (fantastic eh?)

4. 29 days. that's working days so if you apply for 5 days leave they don't count the 3 days 'off' at either end. although the company doesn't have to give you the 2nd lot of days 'off'.

5. you're having a laugh aren't you?

6. what else do you want to know that isn't on pprune already? no food, no water, no sim travel or accommodation, no lol, uniform allowance BEFORE tax(!) - if you qualify which new joiners won't, ever increasing delegation of responsibilities to crews, etc, etc.

i don't have figures for euro contracts. but i do know it's worse.
