Just want to contribute a bit for those who will have the interview soon. Some questions asked in the 2nd stage interview:
Why do you quit the last job?
What do u not like about it?
Why pilot?
Have you applied for GFS?
Other airline?
What will you do if you fail?
What do your family think if it?
How do you prepare?
Technical:
Why winglet on 747?
Why not on 777?
Tell me about the shape of the earth.
(wiht a twin prop model on the table) What happens when one of the engine fail?
How would you fly that thing?
What kind of cloud is it? (with drawing on the board)
Be confident, dont be afraid to think for a while before you answer. Tell them you dont know if you dont. Be polite. Ask if you dont know what'r they asking. Know yourself before you go.
