Here we go again. Another example of someone asking a genuine question only to have everyone else with there own agenda lay the boot into WAAC at the first opportunity.

Almost all courses available these days are going to set you back a fair bit of coin one way or another. Almost all courses are going to have a certain amount of 'kids' just out of high school whose mum and dad are footing the bill. I would be suprised if any ATPL course had 100% pass first time round.

Ultimately, it's up to the individual. The WAAC course has all the information for you to pass your exams. It's whether you put in the effort YOURSELF as to how you perform.

I did the course. Paid for it myself from money I earn't in my previous life (not straight out of high school). Passed all exams. Never got knocked back from one job through GA to regionals (wasn't even an issue WHERE i did my training). Now flying jets in airlines.

CFI, I would be curious to see how you come up with the 200 course being cheaper......my calculator must work different to yours.

seng_giap, my advise is gather all the info, listen to other people EXPERIENCES (not just the mud slinging), do you own sums, and make your own decision.
