Lets take yesterday (a quiet day) 24 phone calls, all taken or returned, and 102 e-mails, all answered. I really do appreciate 'club leaders' who contact me and then pass on to members (thanks to Bathurst and Schofields), this really makes my job easier.
Is that uncommunicative?
