On the Islander Aircraft I used to fly we had a mixture of cockpit indications including
Torque - foot/pounds
Fuel quantity - US Gallons
Fuel Flow - pounds per hour
TGT - degrees C
N1 - percent
pressure - bars and psi
As the man said - learn 'em all!
