www.justhelicopters about a week ago, regarding Pelican Air. There is also an older thread regarding them also. I agree, stay away from them. If you are interested in Carib flying, check with St. Lucia Helicopters on St. Lucia. I do not know if they are hiring or not, but they require a CAA/JAA license. The last time I spoke with the owner (Canadian) he was operating B-206's and Astars if I remember correctly.
