I agree that there are plenty of operators out the who certainly deserve their awards and there are many more who should be recognised as well.
The one thing that gets me is certain operators who get awards from community groups that know absolutely nothing about the helo industry, they are the only ones nominated, and then they beat their chests saying look how great we are. To me those sorts of awards mean crap.
What do you think are the legitimate awards. HAIs ones spring to mind as does the Assn of Air Medical Services awards.
