Security alerts
Good morning all,
Security scares aren't just related to the airlines.
Here in East Anglia we had two (known) alerts in local shopping malls caused by some moron (bored teenager looking for thrills perhaps). These caused massive disruptions to hundreds of people, and for no good reason.
I've no problem with people making genuine mistakes in the current climate (safe than sure etc) but to make a knowing hoax call, or 'joke' as alluded to here, just beggars belief. Maybe we need to copy what the US did last year, when they baged up a tourist for telling a security man they had a bomb in their bag??
