Other fleets treat BA EF LGW as outsiders in BA even regional bass and subsidiary's and franchises get treated better.

I agree with the technical details you mentioned, but I disagree with this point.
I have friends in GB, friends in Regional@MAN, friends in CityExpress......I wouldn't like to be in their shoes, really!
Also I'd like to say that we don't treat ourselves as "outsiders"! If it's other bases (LHR, LGW WW) who treat us as outsiders then it's very sad and there's nothing we can do about it. Not our problem anyway!!
We are a great base with lots of great hard-working people and we really go the extra mile for our passengers, and take care of each other as crew. People who moan here soon get transferred to LHR and guess what? they will moan there anyway.
Once a moaner always a moaner....
