Heloplt, what a load of crap you spout!
There are still plenty of opportunities for BHL to take action if the Company doesn't start coming up with the goods either on benchmarking, or now especially as it is trying to play around with the Final Salary Pension Scheme.
Those at the top of the management tree have no idea of the strength of feeling that will be shown if they decide to try and scrap the pension scheme, and many are now completely cheesed off with the lack of a plan for the bench-marking talks which was supposed to be completed by 30 Novemeber.
Scotia have done well and will have made an influence on what BHL will do. One thing the aircrew will not do is sit on their backsides!
