It's always been a food chain and if you're up north looking to avoid another winter, then Jazz would be a great opportunity. As many low time pilots waiting on the ramp would appreciate movement as well. For those with the qualifications for AC mainline, the competition will be strong. Initial wages are low at all companies but you must make the move for long term positioning. Between WJ, Jazz and AC hiring there should be some positive movement at long last for most.
