Thats the problem, he didn't say anything as to what im being charged with. All he said is that I'll have to go to court and thats it. I'm still waiting for my summons to come through the post.....if it mentions anything about the lying part, how will it be phrased?
Would it be better to call the officer up prior to recieving my summons or shall I just wait for my summons to come through?
