There are crew coming to the end of their contract in the next month or so. From what I have been told they have not been offered renewal for the contract or permanent work for the future. They have been asked to hand back their uniforms and Asics.
They are not Mam contractors.
Currently long haul are overstaffed and are trying to use up the annual leave bank to help alleviate the situation.
I wish all the contract crew good luck and hope they find themselves employment soon.
