It would depend on what got sucked.
In abdominal surgery (and removal of the appendix requires opening of the abdomen), penetration into the peritoneum can result in pressure differentials across the abdominal wall. Also, excess strain placed upon internal sutures (especially with an open appendicectomy),can result in burst internal sutures and an incisional hernia.
In liposuction, there is only removal from tissue overlying muscle layers etc, so if the pain is under control, and it is only a small procedure, there should be no reason for an early return to flying.
