The Embraer doesn't actually represent an increase in seat capacitysince it has the same number of seats as the 146 - 300 series. It will be interesting getting in and out of (and parking it) at Southampton. and yes, it is a bit disappointing not to be getting a useful type rating. I'm not sure that you can improve on the 146, the most succesful British airliner (with the world's most forgiving undercarriage!), but it will be cool to get some whizzy gadgetry to play with in the flight deck!
