Again depending on what you are looking for there are many options. I completed my PPL and hours building over in Oz with Pearson Aviation in Melbourne (
www.pearsonaviation.com.au).
They were a great school, cater well for internation students, i.e help with Visas and accomodation, etc... and I was pleased with the quality of teaching, professional atmosphere and the way they helped me with structured hours building before I return for my CPL in the UK.
I suggest if you can that you pay a visit to the chosen city in Australia and visit a few schools to decide where you fit in best.
As in all countries, some schools have nice glossy sales stuff, but go and look for yourself to avoid choosing the wrong place!
