Shagger. The pay for a Capt at Ryanair is £90,000, this was the figure i remember from a recent Ad in Flight international. you get no perks, work your nuts off, do multiple sectors, pay tax, NI, etc......
I heard the other day that another pay increase is in the pipeline. Heard this from 2 different sources
Maybe that will stem the drip drip of those leaving, and encourage some to join.
We can hope i guess.
