neetpan - I think that you have an excellent hypothetical case for discrimination, and should proceed with it as soon as possible. If the situation takes place in Europe, then you should immediately contact the
European Court of Human Rights since it is clear that your rights have been infringed in that you have been discriminated against. This kind of airline behaviour is outrageous and simply has to be stopped. The next time that you find yourself in this stuation, it is vital that you keep an accurate, written log of the event, and then maintain it for several weeks afterwards: It is possible that you may experience loss of sleep, reduced libido and various other side-effects resulting from the trauma, and this information could prove vital when the case comes to court.
