The 250kts below 5000' and 210kt below 3000' has been brought down as Qantas Safety department policy and implemented through Qantas and forced on subsidary companies such as Jet* and others cause the skygods keep getting into trouble below 5000. I expect CASA ran with the ball and applied pressure to
VB to ensure consistency.
The 210kt below 3000 is a total ball ache and hard to achieve with clean airframe at high weight on A320.
But hey why not let it all hang out, burn extra gas and make a little noise over sensitive areas.
