Carmen: Early days, about 5% getting funny positioning. All ridiculous Caribbean positioning abandoned, promises of preference rostering etc etc etc.
Lo Cost: All pilots on all fleets on exactly same T&Cs. Some variation in new guys bonding and pension. Both still pretty good I believe.
Time to Command: Minimal in some cases, going right through the seniority list as a low hour joiner, who knows but I'm in the frame at 7 years.
