who really battled on the TR course and they decided to stop taking low houred guys without TR's.
Thats not quite true. I think we've all been impressed with how well the low experiance pilots have done and I would say that the decision not to recruit any more is no reflection on the current crop.
That said the fact remains that I work 15-20 days a month and do 250 hours a year, its ok for me I don't really need the hours but its not a great place for the LEPs to build hours.
