As for a strong relationship with BALPA...."unlike most others"....that is just a typical stuck up Britannia mentality. BALPA haven't stopped your airline becoming a low cost airline overnight have they? Roll on the 737's in your main bases and let's see if it is such a stable place to work shall we?
Personally I don't believe Britannia is any better than Monarch or Thomas Cook. You just always want to believe they are.
