Unhappy

I didn't know Ken but I knew plenty of other stalwarts who never got the decent retirement they earned. My condolences to his family and friends.. .. .There is a research group working in 'Quality of Working Life' (QWL) down at Birbeck College, University of London and The Tavistock Institute are also interested. The long term effects of working conditions, including shift work, are part of the study. Up until now the effects of working conditions on health have focussed on such obviously hazardous industries as coal mining, chemicals and steel production. With Health and Safety at Work Legislation more or less covered as far as the obvious hazards are concerned, more attention is finally being paid to Human Factors and disturbed diurnal patterns. Sadly, it will be too late to benefit grey headed old geezers like me, though. . .. .**********************************. .Through difficulties to the cinema
